I offer evidence-based, online therapy in English, Hindi, and Punjabi for working professionals navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout. You deserve support that actually fits your life.
We are here to support you with empathy and care as you navigate life's specific challenges.
When your to-do list never ends and rest feels like a luxury you can't afford.
Functioning on the outside, feeling hollow on the inside.
Trauma doesn't always look dramatic — and it doesn't have to define you.
Patterns you keep repeating — in love, at work, and with family.
The life you've achieved — but that somehow doesn't feel like yours.
High performance on the outside — but a relentless inner critic.
I have been a practising psychologist for 16 years. In that time, I have worked with hundreds of individuals — most of them high-functioning professionals who came to me not because they were falling apart, but because they were tired of carrying so much alone.
I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Research and am registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic methods — which simply means I adapt to what works for you, not the other way around.
I work in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. All sessions are online, which means you can speak to me from wherever you are — your home, your car, or a quiet corner of your office.
Jai Utsav — Sanskrit for the celebration of life — is the philosophy behind our practice. We believe that even in the midst of burnout and anxiety, you can find your way back to a life that feels joyful and authentic.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. We blend evidence-based modalities to craft a path that is uniquely yours.
Identify and reframe negative thought patterns that drive unhelpful emotions and behaviour, creating lasting change.
Cultivate present-moment awareness to reduce stress, prevent relapse, and build a more grounded, peaceful life.
A safety-first framework that acknowledges the impact of past experiences while empowering you to reclaim your life.
You are the expert on your own life. Our role is to walk alongside you with unconditional positive regard and empathy.
Real words from real people who took the first step toward healing.

Everything you need to know before your first session.
It is completely normal to feel unsure. Therapy is right for anyone looking to understand themselves better, break unhelpful patterns, or simply find a safe space to process their emotions. Our free 15-minute introductory call is the perfect way to see if my approach feels right for you, with no pressure to commit.
The 15-minute call is a relaxed, confidential conversation. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how I work. It is an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we are a good fit before booking a full session.
Yes. Extensive research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma. It also offers the added benefit of allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office, saving you commuting time.
Absolutely. As an RCI Registered Psychologist, I adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality. What we discuss remains strictly between us, except in rare legal circumstances where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.
This varies from person to person. Some clients find clarity and relief in just a few sessions, while others choose to engage in longer-term work to unpack deeper trauma or lifelong patterns. We will regularly review our progress together to ensure the pace and duration feel right for you.
A clinical psychologist (like myself) provides psychotherapy and counseling, focusing on thought patterns, emotional regulation, and behavioral changes. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who diagnoses mental health conditions and can prescribe medication. We often work together to support a client's overall wellbeing.
No, as a psychologist, I do not prescribe medication. If during our work together it appears that medication might be a helpful supportive tool, I can refer you to a trusted psychiatrist for a medical evaluation.
Yes, absolutely. I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Many clients find it profoundly comforting and effective to express complex emotions in their mother tongue. You are welcome to switch between languages during our sessions as you feel comfortable.
